What's actually helping you stay quit?
Track slips, urges, triggers, and coping tools — and let AI show you what's working (and what's not).
Updated 26 June 2026
Over 14 days, your strongest urge (urge_intensity ≥8) appeared on 6 days. On 5 of those, alcohol_today was true and sleep_quality_last was ≤4. On smoke-free day…
Most quit attempts rely on willpower and a vague sense of 'trying harder'. This tracker turns quitting into a dataset: which triggers you actually encountered, which coping tools you used, whether NRT made a difference, how sleep or alcohol showed up on slip days. AI finds the correlations you'd miss — like that your urge intensity is consistently lower when you've used a specific coping tool, or that slips cluster around certain triggers or moods. You stop guessing and start knowing what helps.
6 fields. Done in 1–2 minutes a day.
Fast enough to fit into any routine, specific enough to generate real patterns after 30 days.
Log, build, learn.
Log your quit day
Each day (or after a tough moment), record whether you stayed smoke-free, any slips, urge intensity, triggers, NRT or coping tools used, mood, sleep, and how proud you feel.
Build your quit dataset
After a week or two, you'll have a record of smoke-free days, slip contexts, triggers encountered, coping tools tried, and physical or mood patterns.
Get your first AI insight
AI analyses correlations — like which coping tools appear most often on smoke-free days, or whether urge intensity drops when you've slept well or avoided alcohol.
Why people stick with it.
4 things Smoking / vaping cessation reveals about you.
- Which triggers make urges strongest — and which ones you're already handling well
- Whether NRT or specific coping tools actually reduce your urge intensity or slip count
- How sleep quality, alcohol, or irritability levels show up on your harder days
- What time of day, day of the week, or mood pattern precedes your strongest cravings
Here's what arrives at 30 days.
Illustrative — your analysis uses your own data.
AI looks at how urge_intensity, slips_count, and smoke_free_today relate to triggers, coping_used, nrt_used, mood, sleep_quality_last, and alcohol_today. It might show that your urge count drops when you've logged certain coping tools, or that slips cluster on days with poor sleep and alcohol. It surfaces which combinations of fields predict your smoke-free days — so you know what's actually keeping you quit, not what you think should work.
“Over 14 days, your strongest urge (urge_intensity ≥8) appeared on 6 days. On 5 of those, alcohol_today was true and slee…”

Common questions
Do I have to log every day?
No. Log when you want insight. Some people track daily for the first few weeks, others check in after tough days or slips. AI works better with more entries, but there's no minimum.
What if I slip?
Log it. The 'slips today' and 'brief context' fields are private and help you see what precedes a slip — triggers, mood, sleep, whether you'd had alcohol. Slips are data, not failure.
Will AI tell me I'm doing it wrong?
No. AI looks for correlations in your data — like which coping tools appear on smoke-free days, or whether urge intensity drops when you use NRT. It shows patterns, not judgements.
Is this medical advice?
No. This tracker surfaces your own patterns. It doesn't diagnose, prescribe, or replace NHS Stop Smoking support or your GP.
What's the 'money saved' field for?
Optional. If you log what you'd have spent on cigarettes or vape liquid each day, AI can total it over time. Some people find it motivating; others ignore it.
Can I track both cigarettes and vaping?
Yes. The 'what you're quitting' field lets you specify. If you're transitioning from smoking to vaping, or vice versa, the tracker handles both.
