1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit or your preferences.
Cookies and similar technologies (including local storage, session storage, and pixel tags) may be set by the website you are visiting ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services used on that website ("third-party cookies").
This Cookie Policy explains how Unhide AI Ltd, trading as Unhide, uses cookies and similar technologies on the Platform at unhide.co.uk.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. Without them, core features such as logging in and maintaining a session cannot work. These cookies do not require your consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 ("PECR"), as they are necessary to provide a service you have requested.

You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies without ceasing to use the Platform, as they are required for basic functionality.
2.2 Analytics Cookies (Optional — Requires Your Consent)
Analytics cookies help us understand how users interact with the Platform so that we can improve its functionality and user experience. These cookies collect aggregated, non-personal or pseudonymous data. They do not track you across third-party websites and are used solely for internal analytics purposes.
We do not use your data collected via analytics cookies for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google Tag Manager (also provided by Google LLC) is used to load the above analytics tags on the Platform. It does not itself set additional cookies beyond those listed.
These cookies are only set if you opt in via our cookie consent banner. If you do not opt in, these cookies will not be placed on your device.
2.3 No Advertising or Marketing Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies, or marketing cookies on the Platform. We do not share your browsing activity with advertising networks or data brokers.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Third-party services used on the Platform may set their own cookies or similar technologies. We do not control the behaviour of third-party cookies. The relevant third parties are:
| Third Party | Purpose | Their Cookie/Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase Inc | Authentication — sets session cookies required to maintain your logged-in state | https://supabase.com/privacy |
| Google LLC (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager) | Analytics (if you opt in) — tracks usage patterns for internal improvement | https://policies.google.com/privacy |
We do not use Stripe or other payment processor cookies directly on the Platform. Stripe's payment interface, where displayed, may set cookies in accordance with Stripe's own cookie policy (https://stripe.com/gb/cookie-settings).
4. Cookie Consent — How We Obtain and Record It
4.1 Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit unhide.co.uk, a cookie consent banner will be displayed. The banner:
- —Identifies the categories of cookies we use
- —Allows you to accept all cookies (strictly necessary + analytics) or to accept strictly necessary cookies only
- —Provides a link to this Cookie Policy
- —Records your choice in the cookie_consent cookie
Your consent preference is recorded and will not be requested again until it expires (12 months), unless you clear your cookies or change your preference manually.
4.2 Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by:
- —Visiting Dashboard → Settings → Privacy → Cookie Preferences (if logged in)
- —Clearing your cookies via your browser settings (this will remove all cookies, including your consent record, and you will be asked for consent again on your next visit)
- —Using your browser's built-in cookie controls (see Section 5)
Withdrawal of consent will not affect any data collected before you withdrew.
