- Skin condition (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea) Tracker
This tracker covers a sensitive category. Unhide is pattern-insight for self-improvement — never diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. You'll be asked to confirm you understand this before your first entry.
What's actually making your skin flare — and what's helping?
Log severity, products, and triggers. AI reads the cycle and shows you what correlates with the good days and the bad ones.
Updated 26 June 2026
In your last 30 days, severity averaged 6.2 on days you logged dairy, versus 4.1 on days you didn't. Itch intensity also rose to 7+ within 24 hours of high-stre…
Skin conditions are famously unpredictable, and what works for someone else might do nothing for you — or make things worse. This tracker builds your own dataset: severity, itch, pain, products, triggers, cycle, sleep, stress, environment, and whether you scratched. Over time, AI spots which variables cluster around your good days and your flare days, so you're not just experimenting blindly.
6 fields. Done in 90 seconds a day.
Fast enough to fit into any routine, specific enough to generate real patterns after 30 days.
Log, build, learn.
Log your skin daily
Rate severity, itch, and pain; note affected areas, products used, suspected triggers, sleep, stress, and environment — with an optional photo for a visual timeline.
Build your timeline
Each entry becomes a data point mapping your skin's rhythm, treatments, and context over weeks and months.
AI reads the cycle
After a couple of weeks, AI surfaces which products, foods, stress levels, or environmental factors correlate with your severity and itch scores — patterns unique to your log.
Why people stick with it.
4 things Skin condition (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea) reveals about you.
- Which products or treatments align with lower severity days in your own timeline
- Whether specific foods, stress levels, or sleep hours show up before flares in your log
- How your cycle, environment, or scratching patterns correlate with itch or severity scores
- What your skin's weekly or monthly rhythm actually looks like when you map it over time
Here's what arrives at 30 days.
Illustrative — your analysis uses your own data.
AI looks at your severity, itch, and pain scores alongside the products, triggers, sleep, stress, cycle, and environment you log each day. It surfaces correlations — for example, whether severity drops when you use a certain prescription, or whether itch spikes after high-stress days or specific foods. You'll see which variables cluster around your good days and which show up before flares, so you can test changes based on your own timeline, not generic advice.
“In your last 30 days, severity averaged 6.2 on days you logged dairy, versus 4.1 on days you didn't. Itch intensity also…”
People watching their own patterns.
This tracker is for anyone managing acne, eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea who's tired of guessing what works and wants their own data to read the pattern.
Common questions
Do I have to take a photo every day?
No — photos are optional but valuable. They give you a visual timeline and help you see change that's hard to notice day-to-day. Log as often as feels useful.
Can I track more than one condition at once?
Yes. You choose your primary condition focus when you start, but you can log multiple affected areas and lesion types each day, so the tracker adapts to what's showing up.
Will AI diagnose my skin or recommend treatments?
No. AI reads your own logged data and surfaces correlations — for example, which products you used on lower-severity days, or whether flares cluster around certain triggers in your timeline. It doesn't diagnose or prescribe.
How long until I see useful patterns?
Most people start seeing early correlations after two weeks of daily logging. The more data you build, the sharper the pattern becomes — especially for cyclical or environmental triggers.
What if I forget to log for a few days?
Just pick up where you left off. Gaps won't break the analysis — AI works with the data you do have. Consistency helps, but perfection isn't required.
Is my skin data private?
Yes. All logs, photos, and insights stay in your private Unhide account. Nothing is shared, sold, or used for anything other than your own AI analysis.
