DOCUMENT — AMBASSADOR PROGRAM POLICY

Version: v1.0 Effective Date: 1 July 2026

Ambassador Program Policy

Unhide AI Ltd, trading as Unhide Registered in England and Wales

1. Introduction and Parties

This Ambassador Program Policy ("Policy") governs participation in the Unhide Ambassador Program (the "Program"), operated by Unhide AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our", or "Unhide"), a company registered in England and Wales, trading under the name Unhide and accessible at unhide.co.uk (the "Platform").

The Program is a referral commission scheme through which approved users of the Platform ("Ambassadors") may earn commission by introducing new paying subscribers to Unhide.

Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. By applying to and participating in the Program, you ("Ambassador", "you", "your") agree to be bound by this Policy in full.

This Policy forms part of your overall agreement with Unhide and is supplementary to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and those documents, this Policy shall prevail with respect to the Program.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for the Program, you must:

(a) be at least 18 years of age at the time of application and throughout the period of your participation;

(b) be a registered user of the Platform with an active account in good standing at the time of application and throughout the period of your participation;

(c) not be an employee, officer, director, or contractor of Unhide AI Ltd at any time during your participation in the Program;

(d) hold only one account on the Platform — multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited, and any attempt to create or use multiple accounts will result in immediate termination from the Program and may result in account closure;

(e) be located in, and operate from, a jurisdiction in which referral and commission-based programs of this nature are not prohibited by applicable law; and

(f) comply with all applicable laws and regulations that govern your participation in the Program in your country of residence.

Unhide reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting evidence. If you cease to meet any eligibility criterion during the course of your participation, you must notify us promptly at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. Failure to do so may result in termination for cause.

3. How to Apply

3.1 Application process. Eligible users may apply to join the Program by completing the application form available in the Ambassador section of the Platform dashboard. The application requires you to confirm your eligibility, agree to this Policy, and provide a valid payout account (PayPal or Wise email address).

3.2 Review and decision. All applications are reviewed by Unhide administration. We will endeavour to review applications within a reasonable timeframe. Approval or rejection is made at Unhide's sole and absolute discretion. We are under no obligation to provide reasons for any rejection, and rejection does not preclude reapplication at a later date.

3.3 On approval. Approved applicants will receive a notification via email to their registered email address. Following approval, you will have access to the Ambassador dashboard, which includes your referral codes, commission balance, payout history, performance analytics, and approved marketing materials.

3.4 Ongoing compliance. Approval is conditional on continued compliance with this Policy. Unhide may rescind approval at any time if eligibility conditions are no longer met or if this Policy is breached.

4. Referral Codes

4.1 Primary referral code. Upon approval, each Ambassador is assigned a unique primary referral code. This code is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

4.2 Alias codes. You may create one or more alias codes from within the Ambassador dashboard. Alias codes are additional referral identifiers that resolve to your primary Ambassador account. All clicks and sign-ups attributed to any alias code are credited to your account in the same way as your primary code.

4.3 Codes never expire. All referral codes — primary and alias — are permanently valid and never expire. A code will continue to resolve and attribute sign-ups to your account even if your Ambassador status has changed or your participation has ended. Referral links take the form of the Platform URL followed by /r/[your-code]. You are responsible for distributing your codes accurately.

4.4 Code deactivation on termination. Upon termination of your participation in the Program (whether voluntary or otherwise), your referral codes will be deactivated for new attribution purposes. Existing click and sign-up history attributed to your codes prior to deactivation will be retained for audit and payout purposes. Following deactivation, new sign-ups via your code links will not be attributed to your account.

4.5 Responsibility for codes. You are solely responsible for the manner in which you share and promote your referral codes. Sharing codes in a manner that breaches this Policy — including via spam, unauthorised advertising, or misleading content — is your responsibility and may result in termination.

5. How Referrals Work

5.1 Attribution. A referral is attributed to your account when a new user (the "Referee"):

(a) clicks on a link containing your unique referral code;

(b) signs up for a new Unhide account via that link; and

(c) the sign-up is completed in the same browser session or within the applicable attribution window as set by Unhide from time to time.

5.2 First-click attribution. If a Referee has been exposed to referral codes from more than one Ambassador, the referral is attributed to the first Ambassador whose link was clicked that led to a completed sign-up. Subsequent clicks on links from other Ambassadors do not override the original attribution. Unhide's attribution records are final and conclusive.

5.3 Commission trigger. Attribution of a Referee to your account does not, in itself, generate a commission. A commission is earned only if and when the attributed Referee subsequently subscribes to a paid plan (Plus or Pro) on the Platform. Each paid subscription invoice from that Referee that remains unreversed generates a commission payment at the applicable rate set out in Section 6.

5.4 Self-referral prohibition. Self-referral is strictly prohibited. You must not use your own referral code to sign up for a new account, whether in your own name or under any other identity, or arrange for any person connected with you to do so for the purpose of generating artificial commission. Any commission identified as arising from self-referral will be reversed and may result in immediate termination for cause.

5.5 Existing users. Referral codes can only be attributed to new users who have not previously registered on the Platform. Sharing your referral code with an existing Unhide user will not generate a commission, as the attribution event requires a new account sign-up.

6. Commission Structure

6.1 General. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net base amount for each qualifying paid invoice. The net base is defined as the gross subscription revenue received by Unhide for that invoice, minus an estimated Stripe payment processing fee calculated at the applicable rate and fixed fee at the time of the transaction. Commission is not earned on taxes, promotional discounts, or refunded amounts.

6.2 Free plan referrals. No commission is payable on Free plan sign-ups. The Free plan generates no subscription revenue, and accordingly no commission is earned when an attributed Referee remains on the Free plan.

6.3 Plus plan referrals. A commission of 20% of the net base is earned for each paid invoice generated by an attributed Referee who is subscribed to the Plus plan (currently priced at £7.99 per month). This rate applies regardless of the Ambassador's own plan.

6.4 Pro plan referrals — tiered commission. For each paid invoice generated by an attributed Referee who is subscribed to the Pro plan (currently priced at £17.99 per month), the commission rate is determined by the Ambassador's cumulative total number of paying referrals across their Ambassador account history, as follows:

Tier Qualifying Paying Referrals (cumulative) Commission Rate
Tier 1 1 – 100 20% of net base
Tier 2 101 – 1000 25% of net base
Tier 3 1001+ 30% of net base

6.5 Tier progression. Tiers are determined by the total number of unique paying Referees ever attributed to your account whose first paid subscription remains unreversed (i.e., is a genuine paying referral). When your cumulative count crosses a threshold, your commission rate upgrades to the higher tier from the date the threshold is crossed. Tier upgrades are not retroactive — they apply to commissions generated from the upgrade date onwards and do not alter the rate applied to commissions already accrued.

6.6 Plan price changes. Unhide may change plan pricing from time to time in accordance with its Terms of Service. Commission percentages remain as stated in this Policy (or as amended pursuant to Section 15), but the absolute commission amount earned per invoice will reflect the prevailing price paid.

7. Commission Lifecycle

7.1 Pending. A commission is created with pending status as soon as a qualifying invoice is confirmed as paid by the Referee.

7.2 Approved. A commission moves from pending to approved after a hold period of 30 days from the date the commission was created. This hold period exists to accommodate potential refund and chargeback windows before commission is released for payment.

7.3 Paid. Commissions in approved status are included in the next scheduled monthly payout batch, provided the minimum payout balance threshold is met (see Section 10). Once paid, the commission status becomes paid.

7.4 Reversed. A commission may be reversed in the circumstances described in Section 9. A reversed commission is recorded with reversed status.

7.5 Balance. Your Ambassador dashboard displays your running commission balance, broken down by status. The payable balance comprises only commissions in approved status. Pending commissions are shown separately and are not yet available for payout.

8. Pro Tenure Lapse Rule

8.1 Purpose. This Section applies where an Ambassador holds a Pro plan subscription and subsequently loses or downgrades that subscription during the period of their Program participation.

8.2 Tenure threshold. If an Ambassador has held a continuous Pro plan subscription for at least 6 months at the time they lose or downgrade their Pro subscription, they qualify for tenure-lapse protection.

8.3 Effect of tenure-lapse protection. Where tenure-lapse protection applies, Unhide will notify the Ambassador of the effect on their commission rate. The Ambassador's Pro-tier commission rate will be protected for a grace period determined by Unhide in its administrative discretion and communicated at the time of the plan change event. Following the expiry of that grace period, the commission rate will revert to the applicable rate based on the Ambassador's current plan.

8.4 Insufficient tenure. If an Ambassador loses or downgrades their Pro subscription and at that time has not held a continuous Pro subscription for at least 6 months, tenure-lapse protection does not apply. In that case, any Pro-tier commission rate they had been receiving reverts to the Plus plan commission rate (20%) from the date of the plan change, applied to all future commissions. Commission already accrued and in approved status is unaffected.

8.5 Notification. Unhide will endeavour to notify the Ambassador by email when a plan lapse or downgrade event occurs that affects their commission rate. The absence of such notification does not alter the application of this Section.

9. Commission Reversals

9.1 A commission that has been created (whether in pending or approved status) may be reversed in any of the following circumstances:

(a) the Referee successfully initiates and is awarded a chargeback in respect of the subscription payment that gave rise to the commission;

(b) the Referee receives a refund under Unhide's Refund and Cancellation Policy within the applicable cooling-off or refund eligibility period;

(c) the subscription payment that gave rise to the commission is reversed, voided, or clawed back by the relevant payment processor or financial institution for any reason; or

(d) the commission is found to have arisen from fraudulent activity, a breach of this Policy, or self-referral, in which case reversal is an additional remedy alongside termination.

9.2 Effect of reversal on balance. A reversed commission reduces the Ambassador's balance accordingly. Where the commission was in pending status at the time of reversal, the pending balance is reduced. Where the commission was in approved status, the payable balance is reduced.

9.3 Recovery of paid commissions. If a commission has already been paid out and is subsequently reversed (for example, as a result of a chargeback received after payment was processed), the reversed amount will be:

(a) deducted from the Ambassador's next available payout; or

(b) if the next payout is insufficient to cover the reversed amount, or if the Ambassador has withdrawn from the Program, invoiced to the Ambassador directly and must be repaid within 30 days of the invoice date.

9.4 Unhide will notify the Ambassador by email when a commission is reversed, specifying the reason where it is able to do so.

10. Payouts

10.1 Payment schedule. Commissions are paid monthly in arrears. Unhide processes Ambassador payouts once per calendar month. The specific processing date may vary and is determined by Unhide in its administrative discretion.

10.2 Minimum balance. A payout will only be processed for an Ambassador if their payable balance (comprising commissions in approved status) equals or exceeds £100 at the time of the monthly processing run. If your balance is below this threshold, your approved commissions will roll over to the following month and accumulate until the minimum is reached.

10.3 Payout methods. Payments are made via one of the following methods, as selected by the Ambassador in their Ambassador dashboard:

  • PayPal — payment sent to the PayPal email address registered in the Ambassador dashboard; or
  • Wise — payment sent to the Wise email address registered in the Ambassador dashboard.

Unhide does not support bank transfers, cheques, or any other payout method at this time.

10.4 Currency. All payouts are made in pounds sterling (GBP).

10.5 Ambassador's responsibility for payout details. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the payout email address registered in your Ambassador dashboard is current, accurate, and associated with a valid and active PayPal or Wise account. Unhide bears no liability for any failed, delayed, or misdirected payment arising from incorrect or outdated payout details. It is your responsibility to update your payout details before the monthly processing date if any change is required.

10.6 Failed payouts. If a payout fails (for example, because the registered PayPal or Wise account is closed or cannot receive the payment):

(a) Unhide will retry the payout once in the following monthly processing cycle;

(b) if the retry also fails, the payout will be placed on hold and you will be notified by email; you must update your payout details within 30 days to release the held payout; and

(c) if no valid payout details are provided within 30 days of notification, Unhide reserves the right to forfeit the held payout balance after providing a further 14 days' written notice.

10.7 Payout status. Payout status progresses through the following states: draft (scheduled) → processing (submitted to payment provider) → paid (confirmed as received) or failed (payment not completed). You can view payout history and status in your Ambassador dashboard.

11. Tax and VAT Obligations

11.1 Ambassador's sole responsibility. Commission payments made under the Program constitute income. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to income tax, National Insurance contributions, and any other applicable taxes or levies in your country of residence. Unhide does not provide tax advice, and nothing in this Policy should be construed as tax advice.

11.2 No withholding. Unhide does not withhold income tax or National Insurance at source from commission payments. Gross commission amounts are paid to you in full, and you are responsible for accounting to the relevant tax authorities for any tax due.

11.3 VAT registration. If you are or become registered for VAT (or its equivalent in your jurisdiction), you must:

(a) provide your VAT registration number in your Ambassador dashboard promptly upon registration or, if already an Ambassador, within 14 days of registration; and

(b) issue valid VAT invoices to Unhide as required by applicable legislation if VAT is chargeable on your commission payments.

Unhide reserves the right to request evidence of VAT registration status at any time. Where VAT is applicable to commission payments, the mechanics of its handling will be agreed in writing between the parties. You must not charge VAT on commissions unless you are lawfully required to do so.

11.4 International Ambassadors. If you are located outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws in your country of residence, including any withholding tax, reporting obligations, or local equivalents. Unhide makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of commission payments in any jurisdiction other than the United Kingdom.

11.5 Records. Unhide will maintain records of commission payments made to you for audit and tax purposes. You are strongly advised to keep your own records of all commissions received.

12. Marketing and Promotion

12.1 Approved materials. Unhide provides Ambassadors with a library of approved marketing materials accessible in the Ambassador dashboard. These materials include images, video content, PDF documents, copy templates, and referral links. You must only use materials that have been provided or expressly approved by Unhide when promoting Unhide in your capacity as an Ambassador using Unhide's branding, logo, or trademarks.

12.2 Original content. Subject to the restrictions in this Section and Section 13, you may create and publish your own original content (including blog posts, social media posts, video content, and personal testimonials) that promotes Unhide and includes your referral code. Any original content you create must:

(a) be accurate and truthful in all material respects;

(b) be consistent with Unhide's published documentation, feature descriptions, and pricing — you must not claim that Unhide offers features, pricing, or capabilities that it does not;

(c) not be misleading or likely to create a false impression of the Platform, its capabilities, or its suitability for any purpose; and

(d) not make claims that Unhide has not made or approved.

12.3 Disclosure of commercial relationship. In accordance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) guidelines, you must clearly identify yourself as a Unhide Ambassador in any promotional content that includes your referral code or is designed to encourage others to sign up for the Platform. This disclosure must be prominent, unambiguous, and made before the audience engages with the referral link. Acceptable disclosures include "#ad", "#ambassador", "Unhide Ambassador", or equivalent plain-language disclosure that a commercial relationship exists.

12.4 No medical or health claims. You must not, in any promotional content, make any claim that Unhide is a medical device, a health monitoring service, a clinical tool, or that use of the Platform is a substitute for medical advice or professional healthcare. The Platform is a personal tracking and insight tool for self-improvement purposes only.

12.5 Right to request removal. Unhide reserves the right to request that you amend or remove any promotional content that it reasonably believes to be inaccurate, misleading, non-compliant with applicable advertising regulations, or otherwise in breach of this Policy. You must comply with any such request within 48 hours.

13. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension pending investigation, and may result in termination for cause, reversal of commissions, and recovery of any commissions previously paid:

(a) Self-referral — using your own referral code or link to sign up for additional accounts on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity, or directing connected persons to do so for the purpose of generating artificial commission;

(b) Spam and unsolicited messaging — distributing your referral code via unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or any other form of unsolicited commercial communication in breach of applicable law (including without limitation the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, or equivalent legislation);

(c) Paid advertising on brand terms — running paid advertising campaigns (including but not limited to search engine pay-per-click campaigns) that bid on Unhide's brand name, trademark, or closely associated terms, without prior written permission from Unhide;

(d) Misleading claims — making any false, exaggerated, or misleading statement about Unhide's features, pricing, data practices, or suitability for any particular purpose;

(e) Incentivisation — offering payments, gifts, discounts, or any other inducement to third parties (beyond the Platform product itself) as an incentive to sign up via your referral code, except where expressly permitted in writing by Unhide;

(f) Artificial traffic — using bots, automated click tools, browser extensions, traffic exchanges, or any other means to generate fake or inflated click traffic on your referral links;

(g) Misrepresentation — misrepresenting your identity, your relationship with Unhide, your qualifications, or your experience with the Platform in any promotional content;

(h) Unauthorised use of brand assets — using Unhide's name, logo, trademark, or other brand assets outside of the approved materials provided in the Ambassador dashboard, or in any manner likely to cause confusion or damage to Unhide's reputation; and

(i) Violation of applicable law — engaging in any promotional or referral activity that violates any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction in which you operate.

14. Suspension and Termination

14.1 Termination without cause. Unhide may terminate an Ambassador's participation in the Program at any time without cause by giving at least 14 days' written notice by email to the Ambassador's registered email address.

14.2 Immediate suspension. Unhide may immediately suspend an Ambassador's access to the Ambassador dashboard and commission accrual, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects:

(a) a breach of any provision of Section 13 (Prohibited Activities);

(b) fraudulent activity in relation to referral codes or commission generation;

(c) a material breach of any other provision of this Policy; or

(d) activity that poses a legal, reputational, or operational risk to Unhide.

During a suspension, no new commissions will accrue. Unhide will complete its investigation within a reasonable time and notify the Ambassador of the outcome.

14.3 Termination for cause. If an investigation following suspension confirms a material breach or prohibited activity, Unhide may terminate the Ambassador's participation in the Program with immediate effect. On termination for cause:

(a) commissions that were in pending or approved status and that accrued after the commencement of the prohibited activity may be forfeited, at Unhide's discretion;

(b) Unhide will communicate its specific determination regarding which commissions are forfeited and which, if any, remain payable; and

(c) Unhide reserves the right to recover any commissions already paid in respect of the period of prohibited activity.

14.4 Effect of termination without cause on commissions. On termination without cause under clause 14.1, all commissions in approved status at the date of termination will be paid to the Ambassador in the next regular monthly payout cycle following the termination date. Commissions in pending status at the date of termination will continue through the hold period and, if they reach approved status, will be paid in the subsequent payout cycle.

14.5 Referral code deactivation. On termination of any kind, your referral codes will be deactivated in accordance with clause 4.4. Existing attribution history will be retained for audit purposes.

14.6 Voluntary withdrawal. An Ambassador may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying Unhide via the Ambassador dashboard or by emailing {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. On voluntary withdrawal:

(a) referral codes will be deactivated as at the date of withdrawal;

(b) all commissions in approved status at the date of withdrawal will be paid in the next regular monthly payout cycle; and

(c) commissions in pending status will continue through the hold period and will be paid if they reach approved status, unless a reversal event occurs in the interim.

15. Changes to This Policy

15.1 Unhide may amend this Policy — including commission rates, tier thresholds, payout minimums, hold periods, or any other term — from time to time. We will give Ambassadors at least 30 days' written notice of any material change by email to their registered email address.

15.2 Material changes take effect 30 days after the date of the notice email, or such later date as specified in the notice. During the 30-day notice period, an Ambassador may withdraw from the Program without penalty (in accordance with clause 14.6), in which case the amended terms will not apply to them.

15.3 Continued participation in the Program after the end of the 30-day notice period constitutes the Ambassador's acceptance of the amended Policy in full.

15.4 Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, administrative updates, and clarifications that do not reduce any benefit or increase any obligation) may be made without prior notice, although we will update the version number and effective date accordingly.

15.5 The current version of this Policy is always available within the Ambassador dashboard and at unhide.co.uk.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

16.1 Referral click tracking. When a visitor clicks on a referral link associated with your code, Unhide records attribution data including the referral code, timestamp, and the visitor's IP address. The IP address is immediately processed using a SHA-256 cryptographic hash and is not stored in its original, identifiable form. Only the hash value is retained for fraud detection and attribution purposes.

16.2 Ambassador personal data. In administering the Program and processing commission payments, Unhide processes the following personal data relating to Ambassadors:

(a) your registered email address and account information;

(b) your payout email address (PayPal or Wise);

(c) your commission and payout transaction history;

(d) your VAT registration number, if provided; and

(e) any other information you provide in connection with the Program, including tax-related information.

16.3 Retention. Your payout email address, commission records, and any tax or financial information provided in connection with the Program will be retained for the duration of your participation in the Program and for 7 years thereafter, in order to comply with applicable tax legislation and audit requirements. Other Ambassador account data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16.4 Full details. For full details of how Unhide collects, uses, and protects personal data — including your rights as a data subject — please refer to our Privacy Policy at unhide.co.uk.

17. No Guarantee of Earnings

17.1 Earnings are not guaranteed. Participation in the Ambassador Program does not guarantee any particular level of income or commission earnings. The amount you earn depends entirely on whether your referred users choose to sign up for and maintain a paid subscription to Unhide. Unhide makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, about the level of earnings that can be achieved through the Program.

17.2 No employment or agency relationship. Nothing in this Policy, and nothing arising from participation in the Program, creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or other business relationship between you and Unhide AI Ltd. You are an independent third party. You have no authority to enter into any contract, make any representation, or incur any liability on behalf of Unhide AI Ltd.

17.3 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unhide's total liability to an Ambassador in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total commission amounts paid to that Ambassador in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Unhide shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising out of or in connection with the Program, including loss of anticipated commission, loss of profit, or loss of reputation.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

18.1 Governing law. This Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

18.2 Jurisdiction. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy or its subject matter or formation.

18.3 Informal resolution. Before commencing any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Unhide at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. Unhide will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 10 business days.
