What is your training actually telling you?
Log your workouts, how hard they felt, and how you felt around them. After 30 days, our AI reads your history and shows you when you train best, which sessions you actually enjoy, and where you're consistent or quietly sliding.

- Your consistency trajectory — frequency trending up, flat, or sliding
- Which training types you actually enjoy most (often a surprise)
- How sleep hours change your session quality and intensity achieved
- Your personal intensity tax — how hard sessions cost you the next day
- The mood lift you actually get from training, ranked by type
- Whether enjoyment in one week predicts consistency in the next
- A pattern flag if you're pushing through pain more than is healthy
Here's what arrives at 30 days.
Illustrative — your analysis uses your own data.
Your workout log patterns show a clear weekly cycle. AI finds the specific factors affecting your scores — after 30 days, your data tells the story.
“"Over the past 30 days you trained 18 times — 8 strength, 6 cardio, 4 mobility. Average duration 52 minutes, average RPE…”
People watching their own patterns.
Anyone with a regular training habit who wants to know what's actually working. The lifter who senses some sessions land and some don't but can't say why. The runner who suspects sleep is wrecking some weeks but has never quantified it. The person who keeps starting and stopping routines and wants to know if it's motivation, enjoyment, or recovery that's the real lever. The self-experimenter who knows the gym numbers matter but the pattern around the gym matters more. This is for the trainer who wants to see their own consistency curve, their own intensity tax, their own enjoyment ranking — not someone else's generic recommendation.
Common questions
Is the Workout log tracker medical or diagnostic?
No. Unhide is pattern-insight for self-improvement — not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The AI is explicitly prompted to avoid clinician language. If something concerns you, please talk to your GP.
Does the AI see my entries?
Only when an analysis runs — triggered in-app or delivered to your email. Either way, only your logged data and history is sent, never your personal information. Your data is never used to train any AI model. Full detail in the privacy policy.
What if I miss a day or two?
No streak guilt. Your insights stay accurate; the chart just has fewer dots. The AI explicitly works around gaps in your data instead of pretending they're zeros.
When is my first AI insight free?
At 30 days of entries, and again at 180 days, on every free tracker. Free plan includes 2 trackers — upgrade for monthly or weekly AI runs.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, anytime, no questions asked. Delete a single entry, a whole tracker, or the entire account. Deletion cascades through analyses and exports.
