Your data and privacy

Last updated: July 2026

What data does Unhide collect?

We collect the entries you log in your trackers, your account details (email and display name), and basic usage events such as when you added a tracker or triggered an analysis. We collect only what is necessary to run the product.

How your data is used

Your tracker entries are used to generate your personal AI insights -- nothing else. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train public AI models. Aggregated and anonymised statistics may be used internally to improve the product.

Sensitive tracker categories

Some trackers -- such as mental health, relationships, and medical -- are flagged as sensitive. Before logging data on a sensitive tracker, you will see a clear consent prompt. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings -- Privacy.

Exporting your data

Go to Settings -- Privacy and tap "Export my data". You will receive a CSV file by email containing all your tracker entries and account data.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings -- Account and select "Delete account". This is irreversible -- all entries, insights, and billing history are erased immediately. If you are on a paid plan, your subscription is cancelled at the same time.
