Your dashboard explained

The tracker cards

Each card on your dashboard represents one tracker. The card shows your current streak (consecutive days logged), a mini chart of recent values, and the date you last logged an entry. Tap the log button to add today's entry.

The Discover page

Discover shows all available trackers in the Unhide library. Use it to browse categories, read about each tracker, and add new ones to your dashboard.

The Insights tab

Once a tracker has enough data, its Insights tab shows AI-generated observations about your patterns -- for example correlations between sleep and energy, or trends over time.

Sidebar navigation

The sidebar links to your Dashboard, Discover, AI Bundles, Billing, Settings, and Help. On mobile, tap the menu icon in the top-left to open it.
