Understanding your AI insights

Last updated: July 2026

What are AI insights?

AI insights are plain-English observations generated from your tracker data. They highlight patterns, correlations, and trends that are hard to spot just by looking at entries -- for example, "Your energy scores tend to be lower on days following fewer than 7 hours of sleep."

When do insights generate?

Insights become available when you have logged enough data -- typically around 7 days of entries on a tracker. After that threshold, you can trigger an analysis manually from the tracker page, or the system will trigger one automatically when significant new data is added.

What data do insights use?

Insights are generated from the entries you have logged on that tracker. Where relevant, the AI may look across multiple trackers you have added -- for example, comparing mood and sleep to find correlations. Only your own data is ever used.

Privacy and your data

Your entries are sent to an AI provider to generate insights, but they are never used to train external models and are not shared with other users. You can withdraw consent for sensitive trackers at any time in Settings -- Privacy.
